BEVERLY HILLS, March 10, (THEWILL) – The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has filed a formal complaint with British broadcaster ITV, after a Presenter berated her claims against the royal family and later resigned. Piers Morgan quit as host of Good Morning Britain on Tuesday after a scathing remark on Meghan‘s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, accused the royal family of racism and Meghan had disclosed that she had suicidal thoughts during her time in Britain.
The comment of former CNN host, Morgan, who stated that he did not believe her sparked 41,000 complaints to Britain’s broadcasting regulator, Ofcom.

Britain’s Press Association news agency disclosed that it understood Meghan formally complained to ITV before Morgan resigned, which confirmed the report in the Daily Telegraph newspaper.

The complaint is centered on how Megan’s remarks may affect those trying to deal with their own mental health problems and It is not concerned about how the repeated criticism of Meghan or allegations of racism, which have rocked Buckingham Palace.
