November 01, (THEWILL) – Nollywood Actress, Kemi Afolabi, is back to Nigeria, after undergoing a series of treatments for lupus in the United States.
The mother of one had opened up about suffering from Lupus.
She made it known in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, that she was diagnosed with lupus and had just five more years to live.
After her confession, her colleagues rallied around to seek financial assistance for her treatment abroad.
She was granted an emergency health visa in the US to begin treatment for her terminal illness.
After returning to Nigeria, Afolabi took to her Instagram to lament the poor state of the country, as she stated that she is back to her worse fear.
According to her, the country has not changed since she left. The traffic congestion is still the same and the roads are still very bad.
She also called on the Ogun State governor, Dapo Abiodun, to fix the bad roads in Ogun State.
“Back to my biggest fear…my country NIGERIA. Nothing has changed! Same Nonni.
“Our Airport arrival is damn too hot. The way I quickly removed my top and tied it on my waist to rock my camisole with pride ehn! them no they tell person, body go tell you.
“From Lagos Murtala Mohammed International Airport, through Oshodi to Mowe via the Lagos/Ibadan Expressway na traffic full everywhere! In the end no clue about the cause

“It must be extremely hard a task for the right authorities to track down kidnappers! This is no longer funny, the rate of kidnapping is on the rise on a daily in Nigeria.
“What will it cost the government to start ransacking day and night with the use of helicopters, ground troops and all?
“The Ofada-Owode road that leads to my home is in a sorry state that even SUV car will suffer a hiccup God!
“Bia Ogun state government when are you guys fixing the roads edakun this one concern una o.
“Your excellency sir @dapoabiodunmfr we need your help urgently, the ofada, Obafemi – Owode, in Mowe -Ofada in Ogun state, amongst others have gotten really worse. HELP US SIR, May God strengthen you to do it.
“Why am I feeling this way though, I am supposed to be happy to be back home after a long time, but am just so sad mahnnnn”, she wrote.
