August 08, (THEWILL) – Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane, has made it clear that he will not seek a transfer once the new Premier League season starts, according to sources monitored by THEWILL.

Kane, who has one year left on his current contract, has been the target of three unsuccessful bids from Bayern Munich. The latest offer from the German champions was worth €100m, a record-breaking amount for both clubs. However, Spurs chairman, Daniel Levy, has refused to sell Kane and is hoping to persuade the 30-year-old to extend his stay at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Levy has not set a specific price tag for Kane and is determined to keep him at all costs.

Now, Kane has repeatedly informed both Spurs and Bayern that he will not consider leaving the north London club after the new season kicks off on 13 August. Spurs are scheduled to face Brentford away in their opening fixture and Kane intends to remain loyal to his team for at least another year. This puts Bayern in a difficult position, as they have less than a week to decide whether to make a fourth and final bid for Kane or to look for alternative options.

In Germany, the Bayern board is reportedly divided on the matter, with some pushing for a higher offer and others preferring to move on from the deal. Bayern have already identified some potential targets in case they fail to land Kane, such as Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic and Eintracht Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani. Both players are young and promising strikers who could fit into Bayern’s system.

Kane has been one of the best players in the English Premier League for several years, scoring 221 goals in 337 appearances for Spurs. He has also won the Golden Boot three times and was named PFA Player of the Year in 2021. He is widely regarded as one of the finest forwards in the world and would be a huge loss for Spurs if he leaves.
