March 17, (THEWILL) – In a rematch of the 2020 Europa League final, Manchester United have been drawn to face Sevilla in the quarter-finals of the tournament.

Sevilla, who have won the competition more times than any other team, emerged victorious with a 2-1 win in the final two years ago. United will be hoping to turn the tables this time around and progress to the semi-finals.

If United are able to overcome Sevilla, they could potentially face Italian giants Juventus in the semi-finals. The Serie A club have been drawn against Sporting CP of Portugal, who knocked out Arsenal in the previous round. It would certainly be a mouth-watering tie between two European heavyweights if they were to meet in the next round.

Meanwhile, in the other quarter-final matchups, Jose Mourinho’s Roma will face a challenging test against Dutch side Feyenoord, who dismantled Shakhtar Donetsk in the previous round. Finally, Bayer Leverkusen have been paired with Union Saint-Gilloise in the last remaining tie.

As the competition heats up, the tension is mounting as the remaining teams battle it out for the coveted Europa League trophy.
