January 30, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actor, Junior Pope Odonwodo, has lost his valuables to daredevils at gunpoint in Delta State on Sunday.
The actor took to his Instagram page to narrate the ordeal, which has left him and some of his colleagues devastated.
According to him, he was riding his car on his way back from work with his colleagues, Georgina Ibeh and Shire twin when the unfortunate incident happened.
The actor revealed that the robbery took place at Ubulu Okiti, in Delta State and the robbers carted away with many of his valuables.
His phones, footwear/production shoes, a bag which contained his passport, PVC and ID card and lots more were forcefully taken away from him.
Despite the incident, he had reasons to be grateful as he got home to see his family hale and hearty.
“Hey Swagnation, how are you all doing?
“Coming back from work, I was robbed at gunpoint. I was riding in my car with my colleagues, Georgina Ibeh and Shire twin and we were robbed around Ubulu Okiti at gunpoint.
“They stole everything, took everything, phones; ransacked the vehicle. Took footwear, production shoes, my bags with my passport in it and personal belongings. My PVC, my ID card and lots of things,” he said amidst tears.
“Tears dropped the moment I got home by 1am and saw my family.
“Thank God for saving our lives. May we not meet our end in our quest for our daily bread… Amen.”
