Tyoyila Aga, Vice President, Business Innovation and Growth at Interswitch, said technology infrastructure must be designed with flexibility and adaptability in mind as markets and customer expectations continue to change.

“Building for what’s next means designing infrastructure with change being top of mind”, Aga said.

He said businesses needed scalable, interoperable, secure and resilient systems capable of supporting new services and channels as they emerge.

According to him, the focus should go beyond technology adoption to developing connected infrastructure that can support evolving business models and new opportunities.

The Owerri event featured a keynote address by Justice Okoye, Executive Chairman of the Imo State Internal Revenue Service, who examined the role of adaptive financial infrastructure in strengthening state institutions, improving revenue service delivery and expanding economic participation.
