BEVERLY HILLS, October 22, (THEWILL) – The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, says it is postponing the bye-elections it had previously scheduled for October 31, 2020 in eleven states, citing the unrests in some parts of the country brought about by the protests against police brutality.
