December 17, (THEWILL) –Nollywood actress, Toyin Ajeyemi, has revealed that she paid the sum of N6 million to rent a crowd for her new movie ‘Ijakumo’.
The mother of one made this known in a recent interview about her soon-to-be premiered movie ‘Ijakumo’.
The movie will hit the cinema on December 23, 2022. It featured Kunle Remi, Bimbo Akintola, Lilian Afegbai and a host of other notable thespians.
According to the actress, she needed a crowd for a church scene and couldn’t just put a few people to play the role.
She had to cough out almost N6 million to get the number of people she wanted. She fed them and ensured they were comfortable throughout the shot.
Abraham added that producers must go the extra mile to ensure their movie is accepted by their fans.
