January 14, (THEWILL) – Sebastien Haller, who recently recovered from testicular cancer, made a strong impression in his second appearance for Borussia Dortmund by scoring a hat-trick in a dominant 6-0 win against Basel.
The Ivory Coast international, who joined the team from Ajax ahead of the season, is now looking to build on this performance when the season resumes and give Dortmund head coach Edin Terzic more options in the second half of the season.
Haller stated that his goal is to score many more goals and help the team, and he wants to make it as difficult as possible for the coach to decide on the starting lineup.

Terzic praised Haller’s performance and the team is looking forward to their next league game on January 22 against Augsburg.
