October 17, (THEWILL) – Halima Abubarkar has quit film acting. A statement posted on her Instagram handle by her management says that the mother of one is no longer an actress.
“Halima Abubarkar quits acting. We are so grateful for all the prayers, God bless you all.

“She is so downcast. She really did love acting. Thank you.
“Management”.
This development is coming a few weeks after her management posted that Abubakar was down with an undisclosed ailment, but she was on her way to recovery.
It appears that Halima’s illness was triggered by her altercation with Apostle Johnson Suleiman.
She had alleged that she was in a romantic relationship with the cleric and went on to spill the beans on social media.
