BEVERLY HILLS, May 15, (THEWILL) – Unknown gunmen on Sunday, attacked and razed down the Nsukwa Divisional Police Station in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State, leaving three police officers dead.
THEWILL gathered that the hoodlums attacked the police station around 2am on Sunday.
A police source in Ogwashi-Uku, a neighbouring community, who confirmed the attack, said the gunmen razed down the station, vehicles and carted away ammunition.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Bright Edafe, did not respond to calls put across to his phone for confirmation of the incident as of the time of filing this report.
