March 15, (THEWILL) – A political support group in Cross River State, the Grassroots Movement For Peter Obi has drummed support for the Labour Party in the state.
Odung Michael, the leader of the group, made the call in Calabar.
He advised Obedients not to be deceived by yahoo-yahoo politicians and also not to let them take advantage of them.
He said the Obedient family should remain one and all should come out massively and stand by the party and its candidates.
“The Obidients should shine their eyes and refuse to be deceived by “yahoo-yahoo” politicians whose stock in trade is to deceive the masses by peddling fake news with the view to causing disunity and to take advantage of us.
“We call on all our members and the Obedient family to come out en masse on Saturday, March 18 and vote massively for our candidate”, he said.
