Goodbye ‘Aledeh News;’ Welcome ‘Gatekeepers News’

BEVERLY HILLS, May 20, (THEWILL) – Four years after the birth of Aledeh News, the online media has rebranded into a new name, Gatekeepers News.

Announcing the new development on Thursday, the Publisher, Suleiman Aledeh, said Aledeh News came with a clearly defined purpose –feeding Nigerians with good reportage, analyses and being an outfit Nigerians and Africans could trust for facts.

He recalled the outstanding achievements it recorded in the last four years and the amazing partnerships it enjoyed.

He said “While we’ve grown maximally and succeeded with Aledeh News, we have identified the future and where we hope to be in the coming years. By strategically placing ourselves where we desire, with our primary objectives still intact and our goals, desires and values stronger than ever, you will agree it’s high time we went a notch higher, and that has birthed GATEKEEPERS NEWS.

“As the name suggests, Gatekeepers News is objectively poised to ensure we protect the media space, in our way, through publishing reports and news stories that protect our future as a people.

“At a period our nation and the media space is awash with non-factual news, fake news and divisive reports, we consider it a very core responsibility to be ahead by not just being a key player in the fourth estate of the realm, but also standing out in the realm.

“We appreciate our readers and followers for standing by and with us through the years, despite the difficulties faced at times, but we assure them that good is going greater.

“Without a doubt, we will rise and soar higher than ever together, and GATEKEEPERS NEWS will be the toast of the public. A formal launch date will be announced soon.”
