BEVERLY HILLS, March 27, (THEWILL) – There was a fire outbreak at the National Headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abujaon Monday.
THEWILL gathered that the fire, which started around 12:10pm, started from a spark caused by an electrical fault from an Air Conditioner in the office of the Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
The fire burnt the curtain in the office of the PA to the Chairman but was put out by the men of the Fire Service Unit of the commission who acted swiftly to put out the fire within five minutes before it could do a severe damage.
