BEVERLY HILLS, May 19, (THEWILL) – The Official Match Ball for the Russia 2021 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup has been revealed by the world football governing body and its working partner, Adidas.
To be known as the “Conext 21 Pro Beach match ball”, it comes with a new flashy and vivid orange colour that celebrates the spirit of the exciting event while aimed at enhancing the fan viewing experience at home and in Moscow during the competition on sand.
The manufacturer settled on the new, vibrant orange hue because it sets the ball apart as it makes it much more visible, especially on TV screens and other screens from which the matches will be watched. It will, therefore, allow fans to more easily follow the unbelievable acrobatics when the hostilities get underway.
Adidas constructed the Conext 21 Pro Beach match ball with the same design elements as their current Conext 21 Pro match ball, that was also used during the February FIFA Club World Cup, played in Qatar, which Bayern Munich won.
From the information available, the ball is a durable machine-stitched construction with a dual layer foam cushion and fabric-patched carcass. This allows it to provide a soft touch and a reliable rebound, while building in new technology to maximize performance in use.
It followed the adidas standard of complete extensive testing to ensure it suits the needs of the best beach soccer players in the world wherever they may play. To reduce the numbers of seams and provide a large contact area for the players, adidas opted for large surface panels.
The manufacturer also kept fidelity with its company-wide focus on sustainability and infused elements regarding recycled backing material and packaging into the design essentials of the ball.
The end product, the Conext 21 Pro Beach match ball, is therefore a highly accurate, stable and sustainable Official Match Ball, which will be to the delight of the players at the Russia 2021 Beach Soccer World Cup.

While the ball will be used for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021, which will take place in Moscow from August 19 – 29 August, the adidas Conext 21 Pro Beach match ball will be available to purchase locally from adidas retail stores and on site at the event.
