BEVERLY HILLS, April 25, (THEWILL) – The Imo State House of Assembly building is not on fire as being circulated in a viral fake video on the social media, THEWILL authoritatively confirm.

THEWILL on-the-spot findings showed the building of the state Legislature intact and without any form of activity.

Also, spokesman of the State Police Command, Orlando Ikeokwu, who confirmed that the fire news was fake said, “Disregard please, none of the above.”

The Social media had claimed on Sunday night that the State Assembly building was set ablaze by unidentified people while circulating a fake video purportedly showing the Imo State Assembly building on fire.
