August 09, (THEWILL) — Real Madrid forward Endrick has reportedly set two strict conditions for leaving the Spanish giants this summer, with Manchester United facing competition from another Premier League club for his signature.
The Brazil international has endured a difficult spell at Real Madrid since joining the club after turning 18 in July 2024. Although he made 37 appearances across all competitions during his first season under Carlo Ancelotti, opportunities became increasingly limited after Xabi Alonso took charge, with the youngster making just three appearances under the Spanish coach last season.
His lack of regular football eventually led to a loan move to French side Lyon, where he enjoyed a much-needed return to form. Endrick scored a hat-trick on his league debut against Metz and finished his spell with eight goals in 21 appearances across all competitions, performances that helped him earn a place in Ancelotti’s Brazil squad for the World Cup.
ENDRICK CONSIDERS ANOTHER LOAN
After returning to Madrid, Endrick has reportedly found himself further down the pecking order under new manager Jose Mourinho. The Brazilian is said to be third choice for the centre-forward position behind Kylian Mbappe and new signing Carlos Espi.
With regular first-team football still uncertain, Spanish outlet AS reports that Endrick has seriously considered another loan move this season. Manchester United have reportedly been offered the opportunity to sign him temporarily as they prepare to return to Champions League football.
Real Madrid, however, are understood to remain committed to Endrick’s long-term future. The club agreed a six-year contract with the forward when he arrived in 2024 and are reportedly willing to contribute towards his salary if a suitable loan agreement can be reached.

ASTON VILLA JOIN THE RACE
Manchester United are not alone in their interest, with Aston Villa reportedly becoming the second Premier League club to explore a potential loan deal for the Brazilian.
Villa could provide an attractive destination because manager Unai Emery has previously demonstrated a willingness to revive the careers of players who have fallen out of favour at major clubs. Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Alejandro Garnacho have all been associated with moves involving Emery’s side in recent seasons.
More importantly, Villa appear to satisfy the conditions Endrick has reportedly placed on any potential departure from Madrid.
THE TWO CONDITIONS
The first requirement is European football. Endrick reportedly wants to join a club competing in Europe, meaning both Manchester United and Aston Villa could meet that demand.
Villa have qualified for the Champions League after winning the Europa League and finishing fourth in the Premier League, while United’s return to the Champions League also makes them a viable option for the Brazilian.
Endrick’s second condition is even more significant: he wants assurances that he will regularly start as a centre-forward rather than being used predominantly in a wide position.
That demand could become a major factor in determining his next destination, particularly because the 20-year-old wants to continue playing in the position where he enjoyed his best spell at Lyon.

PREMIER LEAGUE MOVE POSSIBLE
A move to England could also appeal to Endrick for personal reasons, with the forward already working on his English alongside Real Madrid teammates Jude Bellingham, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Antonio Rudiger.
Endrick previously revealed that he has been learning the language with help from his teammates and can now communicate more comfortably with Bellingham and Alexander-Arnold.
With Manchester United and Aston Villa both potentially able to satisfy his European football requirement, the decisive factor could ultimately be which club can offer the Brazilian a genuine starting role through the season.
Real Madrid are believed to want Endrick to remain part of their long-term plans, but another temporary move could allow the forward to continue developing while gaining the regular football he currently lacks.
For Endrick, the message appears clear: another loan will only make sense if it gives him both European football and a genuine opportunity to lead the line.
