Child Custody: Stop Flouting Court Order – Do2dtun Tells Estranged Wife

October 15, (THEWILL) – On Air Personality, Dotun Kayode, aka Do2dtun, claims his estranged wife is flouting a court order on joint custody of their kids.

Do2dtun married Omotayo Taiwo Oyebanjo in 2013 but their union hit a rough patch in 2022.

This was after Omotayo, who is a sister to singer, Dapo Oyebanjo, aka D’banj, filed for divorce on allegations of forced abortion.

Do2dtun has since been in a child custody dispute with Omotayo.

An Abuja High Court granted divided custody of their children pending the final resolution of the suit.

But Do2tdun claims he is being denied access and alleges that D’banj remains an instrument of discord in the case.

In response, Omotayo clarified that the OAP is aware of where their kids are. Among other allegations of sexual abuse, she claimed the OAP is more interested in online drama than in actually visiting their kids.

In his counterclaim, Do2tdun maintained he is unaware of where their children are. He further demanded that Omotayo obey the subsisting court directive on joint custody.

On Omotayo’s claim of sexual abuse, Do2tdun said his estranged wife is inconsistent with her allegations.

“Taiwo, it’s simple. Read a court order and obey it. You literally pinned an abortion you had for your ex-doctor boyfriend who lived in America while you were on tour with your brother but told it to the world that it was me. Very cruel. You just wanted to destroy my name and I didn’t let you.”
