SAN FRANCISCO, March 29, (THEWILL) –Â The Deputy Leader of the House of Representatives Hon Umar Buba Jubril is dead.
Jibril, an All Progressives Congress (APC) lawmaker, represents Lokoja/Kogi Federal constituency in the House of Representatives.
Aged 58 years, Jibril, a three time member of the house, died in the early hours of Friday in an Abuja hospital while undergoing treatment for an undisclosed illness.
He was also a former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly.
