BEVERLY HILLS, March 05, (THEWILL) – A Federal High Court Thursday In Kano ordered the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole to remain in his post a day after the FCT High Court ordered his removal.
Justice Lewis Allagoa on Thursday ordered the police and Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.
This comes a day after a FCT High Court ordered his suspension pending the determination of a suit before it.
