September 29, (THEWILL) – Big Brother Naija ‘Show Ya Sef’ finalist, Victor Ikpe, popularly known as Keivo, has been disqualified from the reality show following his physical confrontation with fellow housemate, Tram.
Biggie announced the decision on Tuesday, September 29, after summoning the remaining housemates to the lounge and showing them footage of the altercation.
After the footage was played, Big Brother identified Keivo as the perpetrator and announced his removal from the competition.
“Keivo, as the perpetrator, has been removed from the house. He is, therefore, disqualified from the house”, Biggie announced, warning the remaining housemates against violence.
“Violence is never an option”, he stressed.
The decision ended hours of uncertainty surrounding Keivo’s fate after his name mysteriously disappeared from the official voting platform earlier on Tuesday, prompting speculation among viewers about whether he remained eligible to compete in the finale.
How Clash Started
THEWILL earlier reported that the incident began on Monday night when a disagreement between Keivo and Tram over a black shirt escalated into a physical confrontation.
Tram accused Keivo of taking his shirt, but Keivo denied the allegation, insisting that he owned a similar shirt.
The argument intensified as the two men exchanged heated words before Keivo reportedly threw the first punch, triggering the physical clash.
Other housemates rushed to intervene and separate the pair as tensions mounted.
Biggie subsequently ordered all the housemates to freeze and deployed three Ninjas into the house to restore order and prevent the confrontation from escalating further.
Keivo was later escorted out of the house through the storeroom.
Before his removal, Keivo became emotional while explaining himself. He maintained that the disagreement was about more than the shirt, saying that being accused of taking something that did not belong to him had deeply upset him.
He also expressed concern that he could leave the competition with viewers believing that he was a thief.

Keivo’s disqualification came just days before the October 4 grand finale, abruptly ending a journey that had taken him into the final week of the competition.
Before his removal, Keivo was among the 10 finalists alongside Aikou, Barry, Bluethopia, Flora, Oyin, Ricky, Sheba, Temi Nkem and Tram.
The official Big Brother Naija website had listed the 10 contestants as finalists before Keivo’s removal.
His disqualification means he will no longer compete for the N160 million prize package, described as the largest in the history of the reality television show.
