BEVERLY HILLS, June 25, (THEWILL) – The meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has commenced at the State House, Abuja.
Personal Assistant (New Media) to the President, Bashir Ahmad, made the disclosure via a tweet Thursday afternoon.
President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Osinbajo, Governors, some members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party and other members of the NEC are in attendance.
THEWILL recalls that Buhari had on Wednesday, through his spokesman, Garba Shehu, declared his support for Giadom as acting National Chairman of the party, noting that the law is on his side.

He said he would participate in Thursday’s NEC meeting while also encouraging state governors and leaders of the National Assembly to be in attendance.
However, the National Working Committee of the party insists the President was not properly advised.
