August 18, (THEWILL) – The All Progressives Congress (APC) has fixed Saturday, September 4, 2021 for the conduct of the Local Government Area Congresses.
The National Secretary of Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee of the party, Sen. John Akpanudoedehe, in a statement issued Wednesday said the sale of forms for various party positions had commenced.
He said: “APC Schedules Local Government Area Congresses for Saturday, 4th September, 2021; begins sale of forms.”
However, the party has not fixed any date for the State Congresses.
THEWILL recall that the Ward Congresses conducted by the party on July 31 was rancorous in some states, while it was hitch free in others.
