November 30, (THEWILL) – Justice Ramon Oshodi of an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court has remanded Femi Olaleye, managing director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, in Ikoyi prison pending the fulfilment of his bail conditions.
Olaleye was arraigned by the Lagos State Government on Wednesday, on a two-count charge of defilement and sexual assault by penetration of a 16-year-old girl (name withheld).
He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge
