Air Peace Restarts Johannesburg Flights October 9

October 08, (THEWILL) – Nigeria’s carrier, Air Peace, has announced that the airline will restart Johannesburg flight services on October 9, 2022.

In an official statement issued at the weekend, the airline management stated that “this is to inform the flying public that our Johannesburg service resumes on Sunday, October 9, 2022.

“The schedules are now live on our website/mobile app, and you can now book your flights to South Africa.”

The airline had on August 22, 2022, suspended flight operations from Nigeria to Johannesburg, citing delayed issuance of South African visas to travellers, worsening forex crunch and aviation fuel scarcity as some of the reasons behind the decision.

Then, Air Peace promised that the flight suspension would last till October 8, 2022.

Air Peace began Lagos to Johannesburg on 17 December, 2020, using its B777-200ER.
