BEVERLY HILLS, February 22, (THEWILL) – The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Yobe state, Sani Inuwa, on Thursday, defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and visited President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
This occurred less than 40 hours to Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly elections.
He was received by the President in the company of an APC chieftain in the state, Mohammed Yahuza.
Nguru said he was in Aso Rock to pledge allegiance to President Buhari and his party saying he was happy to return home.
