August 14, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actor in the Yoruba movie genre, Soji Taiwo, also known as Omo Banke, has stated his reason for returning to Nigeria after a long stay in the United States of America.
The actor relocated abroad a couple of years ago and returned to Nigeria in 2018.

He commended some of the Yoruba box office movies and added that he is back for good to join the bandwagon of producers making Netflix movies.
“This is the best thing that could happen to Nollywood at the moment. I give kudos to the actors and filmmakers who are working hard to change the narrative in the industry.
“I also cannot wait to shoot movies like ‘Jagun Jagun’ (The Warrior), and ‘Ageshinkole’ (King of Thieves). That is what I want, and I know my fans want me to do something like that too.
“That is why I returned from the United States of America. I am back for good and for more progress and success”, he stated.
