August 20, (THEWILL) – The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, says he is pleased with the performance of Governor Dapo Abiodun in Ogun State since his inception in office.
Tinubu disclosed this at the MKO Abiola Int’l Stadium, Abeokuta, after a closed-door meeting with former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, in his penthouse residence at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), Abeokuta.
He said that he was happy with the Abiodun-led administration, over various infrastructural drive of projects he had done in the state
“We are glad with what the governor is doing and we are glad with all the support he is giving”, he added.
Abiodun, while acknowledging the artisans for their cooperation with his administration, said that artisans are the main drivers of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the state.
He thanked party members and artisans for their support, describing them as employers of labour that have contributed immensely to the growth of the state’s economy.
The governor also lauded their huge contribution to the successful affordable homes project of his administration across the state, urging the artisans to continue to support his administration.
