We Aim To Drive Economic Growth Through Strategic Investment, Estate Development – BIPC

August 05, (THEWILL) – The management of Benue Investment & Property Company Limited (BIPC) says it is aiming to drive economic growth and development within Benue State through strategic investments and real estate development.

The Managing Director of the company, Dr Raymond Asemakaha, who made the assertion at a training workshop for Journalists in Makurdi, noted that he believes that creating opportunities and fostering sustainable development, can improve the quality of life for all the citizens.

“Our success in achieving these goals relies significantly on transparent communication and disseminating accurate information. This is where you, members of the press, play an indispensable role.

“Your ability to convey the right messages to the public, to shed light on our initiatives, and to provide constructive feedback is vital to our mission”, he stated.

According to him, in line with Governor Hyacinth Alia’s vision for a better Benue, in recent months, BIPC has embarked on several key projects with a backward integration effect aimed at stimulating economic activities and providing affordable housing.

“These projects reflect our commitment to the development of Benue State and highlight the collaborative efforts required to make them a reality. Your role in reporting these developments accurately and engagingly helps build public trust and interest in our endeavours.”

He was confident that the workshop would further sharpen and provide the trainees with more recent media practices for effective reporting and even BIPC’s vision for the future and the specific projects currently being undertaken.

The MD assured of readiness to sustain equipping media practitioners with the information needed to report effectively and to foster a collaborative relationship that benefits all stakeholders.

In his remarks, the Director General of Benue State Education Quality Assurance, Dr Terna Francis, described journalists as partners in progress that can cause the Government to succeed in the task of good governance.

In another goodwill message, the State Coordinator of Rural Access and Market Projects (RAAMP), Mr Stephen Numbeve, applauded members of the Correspondents Chapel for giving publicity to Government policies and programmes in the state.

He pledged continuous support to the chapel to carry out its activities for the good of the state.
