August 5, (THEWILL) – Veteran actor, Olu Jacobs, has bagged a major award to celebrate his years of hard work in the movie and entertainment industry.
The octogenarian actor made an appearance at the Audio Visual Rights Society (AVRS) private event at Glover Memorial Hall, Lagos Island, with his wife, where he received the lifetime achievement award.
AVRS is a sole collective management organisation for cinematography films. The organisation is chaired by Mahmood Ali Balogun. The veteran movie maker
Jacobs was celebrated for dedicating quite an incredible numbers of his creative years into his craft and staying on top of his game.
The event was attended by some prominent Nollywood actors.
