August 30, (THEWILL) – The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Tuesday, met with former President, Goodluck Jonathan, in Abuja.
Tinubu was accompanied to the Abuja residence of former President Jonathan by his running mate, Kashim Shettima; Dapo Abiodun, governor of Ogun; Simon Lalong, governor of Plateau; and Bello Matawalle, governor of Zamfara, among others.
Although, details of the meeting are yet to be made open, THEWILL reports that the APC presidential flag bearer, had in his recent consultation meetings, met with former president Olusegun Obasanjo, Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, among others, to canvass for support for his 2023 presidential bid.
