May 31, (THEWILL) – Simone Dwayne, daughter of Hollywood actor and former wrestler, Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, has revealed her professional wrestling name, as she is set to follow in the footsteps of her father with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
It was revealed that the younger Dwayne is finally ready to make her debut in the Wrestling World.
Simone officially signed a contract with WWE in 2020, after spending months training at the WWE Performance Centre.
She couldn’t make her debut since then because of a number of surgeries requiring injuries.
She, however, revealed her professional name on Twitter and Instagram this week as she is set to join the ring.
The 20 year old is the fourth generation WWE wrestler on her father’s side of the family and she will be going by the name “Moniker Ava Raine.”
The reason Simone is not using her father’s name is because WWE has made it a habit not to allow wrestlers use any part of their name or their independent name once they start appearing on TV.
