March 10, (THEWILL) – Erik ten Hag has been named the Premier League Manager of the Month for February, after leading Manchester United through an unbeaten run in the period.
The Dutchman secured wins over Crystal Palace, Leicester, and Leeds, as well as a draw against the latter. Ten Hag’s success in February also saw United lift the Carabao Cup, marking his first taste of silverware in England.
Ten Hag competed with Tottenham’s Antonio Conte and Fulham’s Marco Silva for the award, winning the vote with a combination of fan opinion and expert judgment. This marks the second time Ten Hag has won the award this season, having previously received it in September. However, Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta remains the most decorated manager this year, having won three prizes.
Alongside Ten Hag’s success, Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford also made headlines after being named Player of the Month for a record-tying third time this year. The team’s achievements in February are a testament to their hard work and dedication, and it is clear that they are a force to be reckoned with this season.
