SAN FRANCISCO, July 17, (THEWILL) – Personnel of the State Security Service (SSS) have withdrawn from the residence of former National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd), after a near 24-hour siege.
The SSS however confiscated his international passport before their departure. They had earlier seized all the private vehicles inside the residence.
The SSS had earlier forcefully confined Sambo to his Asokoro-Abuja residence.
Associates of the former military officer say he can now move around freely.
