February 11, (THEWILL) – Chelsea have confirmed the signing of a one-year contract extension for Thiago Silva, their veteran defender.
The 38-year-old expressed his excitement about the extension, saying: “I am honestly so happy to continue my career with the Blues. When I signed my first contract here, it was to just do one year. Thiago Silva has been an integral part of the Chelsea backline since joining the club in 2020.
