Seyi Law Apologises To Those Offended By His Support For Tinubu

March 01, (THEWILL) – Popular comedian, Seyi Law, has changed his mind and apologised to those he offended while supporting his preferred presidential candidate.

The comedian, who has been bitter and angry with people, who are not supporting his preferred candidate because of the threats and rain of abuses he has received from them, has decided to forgive them.

The father of two, who is a die-hard supporter of the newly elected President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, had altercations with his fans who criticised him for supporting the politician.

He received a lot of threatening messages and abuses from trolls for supporting his preferred candidate. At a point, he had to lay curses on those threatening his life because he was bitter and annoyed with them.

Taking to his Instagram page after the result of the general election was announced, he apologised to all those he might have offended because of his immense support for Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“My fellow Nigerians, I am happy you’re as passionate as you are about your preferred candidates. That is the way politics should be. However, bitterness and hatred towards one another shouldn’t have a place between us.

“You might not see things the way I see them. That doesn’t mean you are wrong, and I am right. It just means that we are different. If your candidate had won, I would have prayed and worked for his success and mine.

“I apologise to those offended by my support, and I seriously condemn all the violence across the country. I have mixed feelings, not for my candidate’s winning, but your genuine anger. However, I pray Nigeria and Nigerians’ life gets better.

“From the bottom of my heart, I say thank you.

“SEYILAW,” he wrote.
