Scores Abducted As Bandits Attack Kaduna Community

March 18, (THEWILL)- At least 80 persons have reportedly been abducted on Monday, by bandits who attacked Tantatu Ward in Kajuru Local  Government Area of Kaduna State.

This was coming at a time when the Federal and State Governments were making efforts to secure the release of over 100 abducted pupils and teachers of LEA Primary School in Kuriga as well as the 16 residents abducted in the Gonin Gora area of Kaduna State.

While the Government and Police authorities in Kaduna State have not issued any statement on the latest incident, a credible source in the area said the bandits launched a coordinated attack on Tantatu Ward in the wee hours of Monday, March 18.

“Over 80 persons were abducted in Tantatu of Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State early this morning. We are still counting,” the source said.
