March 18, (THEWILL) – Mohamed Salah’s agent, Ramy Abbas Issa, has dismissed the latest rumours about his client’s potential departure from Liverpool this summer.
Recently, there have been several reports suggesting Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are interested in the winger, but Abbas Issa has categorically denied the existence of any discussions on the matter on their part.
The most recent report, which came from Foot Mercato, claimed that Salah was considering a move away from Anfield during the summer, with a preference for a move to an unnamed Spanish club. However, the agent was quick to respond on Twitter, questioning the validity of the claim.
“Where did you get this from if not even Mohamed and I discussed this? Please tell us,” he fired back. Salah still has two years left on his contract and is expected to stay at Anfield.
The team is more focused on rebuilding their midfield rather than their attack, with plans to sign players such as Jude Bellingham, Mason Mount, and Matheus Nunes.
