November 19, (THEWILL) – Popular Nigerian skit maker, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, aka Sabinus, has taken to social media to apologise for failing to show up at an event he was paid for.
The comedian was paid to perform live at Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State, but he couldn’t go for the show.
The show promoter was allegedly beaten and disgraced because of Sabinus’s absence.
Taking to his Instagram page, the comedian appealed to the students to forgive him.
He cited health issues as the reason for his absence and promised to make up for the disappointment in a few weeks.
He also revealed that he was paid for the event and promised a refund if the show organiser insist on having his money back.
