September 23, (THEWILL) – Brazil defeated Ghana 3-0 in Le Havre, thanks to an early brace from Richarlison.
This victory served as a preview of the Selecao’s strength before they mount another challenge towards a sixth World Cup in Qatar.
Although Marquinhos gave Brazil an early lead, Neymar was the orchestrator in the first half, and he finished the game with two assists, as it was he who assisted Richarlison on both of the latter’s goals for Brazil.
Mohammed Kudus, the midfielder who scored for Ajax against Liverpool in the Champions League, was the cause of a late booking for Neymar when the latter took a too quite forceful touch on the Black Stars forward.
However, nothing could ruin Brazil’s night in Normandy as Tite’s squad secured a resounding victory.
