October 02, (THEWILL) – A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State, Dr Musa Iliyasu Kwankwaso, has commended
the Chairman, House Committee on Appropriation, Alhaji Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi, for positively impacting the lives of his constituents and many other people.
Kwankwaso said the lawmaker’s empowerment programmes and other interventions have changed the people’s lives for the better.
He made the remark in his message congratulating Bichi on his 43rd birthday anniversary, issued to newsmen in Kano on Wednesday.
He described the celebrant as a beacon of hope and an embodiment of sincerity, honesty and service to humanity.
Kwankwaso, who is a former Commissioner in the administration of Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, also lauded Bichi for representing his Bichi Federal Constituency very well in the House of Representatives in view of the immense benefits his tenure had so far brought to his constituents including jobs.
“In this moment of reflection and celebration, we honour not only the passage of time but the countless ways you have touched lives and uplifted communities.
“May your journey forward be blessed with fulfilment and the continued opportunity to lead with purpose and compassion”, the APC chieftain added.
