September 06, (THEWILL) – Vice President Kashim Shettima; Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila; National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu; Governors Hope Uzodimma and Yahaya Bello of Imo and Kogi States, respectively, among other members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) are seated in the Court of Appeal, Abuja, where the Presidential Election Petitions Court (PEPC) is delivering judgement on the petitions challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.
Also seated at the court is the acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Umar Damagun, and the LP National Chairman, Julius Abure.
Atiku, Obi and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) had filed petitions challenging Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 presidential election.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had, on March 1, 2023, declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) the winner of the February 25th presidential election.
