November 01, (THEWILL) – These are indeed trying times for David Adeleke, aka Davido and Chioma Rowland, aka Chef Chi, who both lost their son on Monday, October 31.
The three-year-old drowned in the swimming pool of his father’s Banana Island home, Lagos, while Davido and Chef Chi were both in Ibadan, Oyo State, for a ceremony.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Quite a number of people, who were in the house and could not explain how he went unnoticed into the pool have since been arrested.
A distraught and inconsolable Davido is currently in his father’s house, where he has been since the incident happened.
