Nominees for the Jack Nicklaus and the Arnold Palmer Awards for the 2021/2022 PGA Tour season were announced by the PGA Tour on Monday.
These nominees were selected by the Player Directors and members of the Player Advisory Council (PAC). Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, and Cameron Smith are the contenders for the Jack Nicklaus Award as the 2022 PGA Tour Player of the Year.
For the 2022 Arnold Palmer Award, Tom Kim, Sahith Theegala, and Cameron Young were named as the nominees for the PGA Tour Rookie of the Year.
Members of the PGA Tour who competed in at least 15 FedExCup tournaments during the 2021/2022 season are eligible to vote for the Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year awards, which are decided by a member vote.
On Friday, September 9, at 5 PM, the polls will shut. The winners will be revealed at a later time.
