Okon Lagos To Former President, GEJ, ‘Don’t Contest For Election’

January 21, (THEWILL) – Ime Bishop Umoh, also known as Okon Lagos has advised the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan not to contest for the presidential election in 2023.

The comic actor made this known in one of his posts. According to him, rumour has it that Goodluck Jonathan is being wooed to run for president in the forthcoming 2023 general election.

He advised him to shun the temptation “abeg, as tempting as it may, Don’t”. He explained that too much damage has been done and there are so many things to fix. As  one term will not be enough to do that.
“Too much damage is done and there is little you can do to fix it in one term”

He made an illustration using talented football act Ronaldo “Imagine bringing in Ronaldo in 90+2mins to turn around the fortune of a team that is down by 7nil! What will he do”

He added that GEJ cannot perform any magic within a short time. He advised him to remain the legend and hero that he is and not becoming a victim.
“Remain a legend and hero you are sir. Duck the bait!”
