BEVERLY HILLS, April 1, (THEWILL) – Nigeria has recorded another 23 fresh cases of the coronavirus disease with Akwa Ibom State reporting five, the first for the oil rich state.
According the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, Lagos recorded 9, FCT 7, Kaduna 1 and Bauchi 1.
Nigeria now has a total number of 174 confirmed cases. The NCDC had earlier on Wednesday announced 12 new cases. Wednesday now holds the biggest one-day record in Nigeria with 35 new confirmed cases.
