Nigeria Adds 416 New Cases Of COVID-19, More Deaths

BEVERLY HILLS, June 1, (THEWILL) – Nigeria Monday added 419 new cases of the coronavirus to bring the total in the country to 10, 578. Twelve (12) new deaths were also recorded to bring the tally to 299 nationwide, while 3, 122 persons have recovered from the disease.

Lagos remains the epicenter of the pandemic in the country leading Monday’s cases with 192. Edo came second with 41 and Rivers State added 33.

Kaduna reported 30, Kwara 23, Nasarawa 18, Borno 17, FCT 14, Oyo 10, Katsina 7, Abia 5, Delta 5, Adamawa 4, Kano 4, Imo 3, Ondo 3, Benue 2, Bauchi 2, Ogun 2 and Niger 1.
