NFF Parts Ways With Gernot Rohr

December 12, (THEWILL) – After a period of uncertainty about the position of the football governing body of Nigeria on the performance of the German manager of the Super Eagles, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has finally called time on Coach Gernot Rohr’s contract, according to information on the federation’s website.

Former Super Eagles defender and NFF technical director, Austin Eguavoen, has been appointed interim coach of the national team.

He will take charge as the Eagles prepare for the African Cup of Nations.
