January 05, (THEWILL) – Operatives of the Kaduna Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), have arrested four suspects (two females and two males), with 298 bags of Indian Hemp weighing 3,576kg.

The NDLEA state Commander, Ibrahim Braji, who disclosed this to newsmen in Kaduna, on Wednesday, said the suspects were arrested on January 3, at Tasu Mahuta community, in Chikun Local Government Area of the state.

Braji said the operatives were still investigating the matter to unravel other suspects for arrest and prosecution.

He said the new area commands included Makarfi, Soba Local Government Area, as well as Kaduna North and Kaduna South area commands.

Braji also said the new area commands established in Samaru Zaria and Sanga Local Government Area patrol units had been deployed due to the linkage to other areas with many states.
