September 30, (THEWILL) – Nantes forward, Moses Simon, has earned a spot in Whoscored.com’s Ligue 1 Team of the Month for September 2024. The Nigerian international’s impressive performances have not only brought him this recognition, but also seen him enter the club’s history books.

Simon’s assist in the 1-1 draw against Angers SCO on September 22 marked a significant milestone. With 29 assists to his name, he overtook Emiliano Sala to become Nantes’ top assist provider since their promotion to Ligue 1 in 2013.
